Information You Send
Search Terms
When you enter a name or date of birth into a search box, the information is sent to the company that operates that tool for processing. That provider returns its own results. Midland County Warrant Records does not retain or log the query on its own systems.
Messages
If you send the publisher a message, it may be kept so that the sender can receive a reply. The message is not shared outside the publishing operation unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
Technical Data and Cookies
When a page loads, the server may receive routine information about the visit, such as:
- The internet address assigned to the device
- Browser name, version, device type, and operating system
- Pages opened and the time spent on them
- The website that referred the visitor, if any
- The time and date of page requests
Submitting a query through an outside search box sends the entered information to the company that runs that feature; it does not route the query to Midland County or a court. For a government-held document, contact the relevant records custodian through its own request process. Do not include case details in a message to the site publisher unless those details are needed to describe a privacy request.
Cookies and Analytics
This site may use cookies, small files saved by the browser, to understand aggregate traffic and page use. Analytics services may process that traffic information. Browser settings can block cookies, though some site functions may respond differently.
How Site Information Is Used
- To keep the pages available and working
- To send a search request to the partner that operates the tool
- To see which content is useful and where it needs updates
- To find and repair technical faults
- To display advertising that may relate to a visitor's interests
Warrant Records Are Not Stored Here
This website does not host or sell a database of Midland County warrants, court cases, or personal warrant details. It provides general access information and links to the Sheriff's Warrant Services, the courts that keep case files, and other official sources. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report about another person.
The Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, concerns access to information held by governmental bodies, subject to exceptions. It does not turn this private reference site into a county office or an official warrant database.
Other Websites and Search Services
Links on this site may lead to county and city offices, court portals, state programs, or outside search companies. Once you leave, the other operator's privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal details.
Some advertising partners may use their own systems to track activity across websites and show targeted advertising. The publisher does not control those systems.
Third-Party Search Providers
The general search boxes are operated by outside providers. Information entered in a box is handled under that provider's privacy terms, including its data-retention and sharing practices. Those terms are not controlled by Midland County Warrant Records, so review them before submitting a search.
Who May Receive Information
The publisher does not sell personal data. Information may be processed or provided to:
- Search companies that handle queries sent through their tools
- Analytics vendors that measure site traffic and performance
- Advertising networks that place ads on the pages
- Government or law-enforcement authorities when a valid legal order requires it
Security Practices
Reasonable safeguards are used for information handled by the site. An internet connection can never be guaranteed free of risk, however. The publisher cannot promise that a security incident will never occur.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults. The publisher does not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If a minor's information is believed to have been sent to the publisher, it will be removed when identified.
Texas Records and Data Requests
The Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, gives access to public information held by a governmental body, subject to exceptions and confidentiality rules. Midland County's Sheriff records request process is described on the County open-records page; that process is for government records, not a request to this private site.
For information held by the publisher, a visitor may ask to review, correct, or delete information about that visitor, or to opt out of certain processing where applicable. Use the publisher's available contact route for such a request. This does not provide access to another person's court or warrant file.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
The policy may be revised as site practices change. A new version will be posted here with its effective date. Review it from time to time if you want to see the current practices.
Effective date: September 23, 2026
